3. Meta Pixel and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure advertising performance, build audiences, and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel may collect browser and device data, page views, and interactions such as playing the video or starting a booking. We block the pixel in regions that require opt-in consent until you provide it.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site and our coaching business (for example, Calendly for scheduling). Where required, these providers process data under appropriate data-processing terms.

5. Your choices
